HOW DOES USUI - REIKI WORK?
(Physically) We are all born with natural life force energy within us. This natural life force flows into and within the physical body, through pathways called Chakras and Meridians. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the Aura. This natural life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When this natural flow of life force energy is disrupted, it causes disharmony in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body.
(Emotional/ Mental) The natural life force responds to thoughts and feelings. It becomes disrupted when we accept either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field (the Aura) and cause a disruption in the natural flow of life force energy. This can affect the way in which we think and feel about ourselves, and again diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of the physical body.
